IT Business Partner Management Office IT - Service Owner(m/w/x)

In this role, you will connect Corporate IT with SFS IT, ensuring that business needs are met with effective IT solutions. You will lead a team of IT Business Partners, foster strong relationships, and manage a significant budget while driving service excellence.

Anforderungen

• •Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, computer science, informatics, IT management, or a related field
• •Proven leadership experience (minimum 3+ years) with a track record of developing high-performing teams in a global environment
• •Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience with demonstrated expertise as an IT Business Partner, Service Portfolio Manager or in a comparable advisory and stakeholder management role
• •Experience in Financial Services industry and its regulatory requirements
• •Expertise in stakeholder and relationship management
• •Strong executive communication skills
• •ITIL V4 certification or equivalent IT Service Management or Project Management credentials
• •Broad technical knowledge of Office IT and IT infrastructure
• •Inspiring, motivational leader with strong emotional intelligence
• •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• •Natural relationship builder and stakeholder manager
• •Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
