Anforderungen

•University student or recent graduate
•Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
•Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
•Experience with Tableau Software is a plus
•Proactivity and ability to work independently
•Can-do attitude and openness to challenges
•Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•Fluency in English; German, French, and other languages meritorious

•Prepare analysis and meeting materials for the CFO
•Perform financial analysis to identify trends in the Balance Sheet and P&L
•Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
•Create dashboards and simplify reporting processes
•Contribute to various ad hoc projects and analytical tasks
•Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business deliverables
•Manage recurring compliance tasks, including maintaining intranet pages
•Coordinate budget forecast updates and document policies
•Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and town halls
•Handle administrative tasks independently
