- •Assist in organizing and managing the team's data resources for easy access
- •Collect and consolidate Support Functions data
- •Consolidate the long-term forecast
- •Track Budget Capex
- •Load budget packs into the consolidation system
- •Automate reports through database creation or Power BI report creation
- •Ensure accurate reflection and updates of information
- •Prepare Excel templates for Quarterly Business Reviews linked to the slide deck
- •Input forecast opportunities and risks into the system
- •Consolidate the overall Jet forecast and refresh templates
- •Develop knowledge management capabilities to share best practices
- •Create business analyses for ad-hoc requests from Senior management
