Anforderungen
- •Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- •First purchasing experience preferred
- •Good communication skills
- •Proficiency in IT usage (MS Office, Macro VBA, Power BI, SAP)
- •Proficient knowledge of written and spoken English (B2 level minimum)
- •Results driven with high personal accountability
- •Customer focused with strong market perspective

Deine Aufgaben
- •Build an interactive database for project management
- •Support the implementation of new KPIs
- •Assist with category reorganization projects
- •Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- •Maintain and enhance the supplier database
- •Source materials as needed
- •Update purchasing data in SAP, including delivery dates, discounts, prices, and order acknowledgments
- •Track the status of orders
- •Administer purchase orders, including invoice control and blocked shipments
- •Review purchase order claims and negotiate refunds with suppliers
