- •Coordinate activities across Value Streams for cross-boundary needs.
- •Manage scope with PO4 teams and handle blockers.
- •Coordinate resources, roadmaps, and prioritizations for business objectives.
- •Manage cross-product dependencies and adjust scope for key features.
- •Develop business outcome objectives based on priorities and monitor performance.
- •Deliver products aligned with objectives and monitor milestones.
- •Facilitate initiatives among agile and non-agile teams.
- •Share learnings among product teams across products.
