Anforderungen
- •Degree in economics, business administration, or related field
- •Proven professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within retail or consumer electronics sector
- •Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations
- •Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at strategic and operational levels
- •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent organizational abilities
- •Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- •International work experience is an advantage
- •Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and propose Own Brands assortment for assigned categories
- •Align assortment with country category teams for local market relevance
- •Present new products and promotions to country teams
- •Oversee implementation of assortment changes in local markets
- •Monitor sales performance and price positioning of articles
- •Take corrective actions to optimize sales results
- •Provide and update assortment information for demand planning
- •Review and adjust demand and order plans for assigned categories
- •Analyze market trends and assess market dynamics using KPIs
- •Evaluate competitor activities to develop actionable plans
- •Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps
- •Collaborate with country teams and Imtron Product Management
- •Implement and manage local license fee and distribution models
- •Organize and coordinate category and country workshops
- •Represent Own Brands in internal and external meetings
- •Support setup and rollout of international category-focused projects
- •Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across countries
