Anforderungen

•Degree in economics, business administration, or related field
•Proven professional experience in category management, product management, or key account management, ideally within retail or consumer electronics sector
•Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations
•Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at strategic and operational levels
•Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent organizational abilities
•Effective team player with outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
•International work experience is an advantage
•Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

Deine Aufgaben

•Define and propose Own Brands assortment for assigned categories
•Align assortment with country category teams for local market relevance
•Present new products and promotions to country teams
•Oversee implementation of assortment changes in local markets
•Monitor sales performance and price positioning of articles
•Take corrective actions to optimize sales results
•Provide and update assortment information for demand planning
•Review and adjust demand and order plans for assigned categories
•Analyze market trends and assess market dynamics using KPIs
•Evaluate competitor activities to develop actionable plans
•Identify growth opportunities and assortment gaps
•Collaborate with country teams and Imtron Product Management
•Implement and manage local license fee and distribution models
•Organize and coordinate category and country workshops
•Represent Own Brands in internal and external meetings
•Support setup and rollout of international category-focused projects
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across countries
