Deine Aufgaben

  • •Create customer quotations for initial work scope and rectification actions
  • •Review, create, and update maintenance Work Orders in AMOS software
  • •Analyze and plan aircraft projects considering workload and staff availability
  • •Communicate with customer, MCC, and CAMO about work packages and project scheduling
  • •Support Production teams to ensure efficient project performance
  • •Organize and monitor subcontractors, validating their invoices
  • •Ensure internal documentation complies with procedures and regulations
  • •Compile Work Reports and CRS documentation for customer at project completion
  • •Create customer invoices and program claims, reviewing as necessary
  • •Develop work templates for maintenance projects to optimize resource use
  • •Collect feedback to implement best practices and recommend improvements
  • •Interface with customers to provide excellent support
  • •Propose continuous improvement initiatives for evaluation and implementation
