- •Create customer quotations for initial work scope and rectification actions
- •Review, create, and update maintenance Work Orders in AMOS software
- •Analyze and plan aircraft projects considering workload and staff availability
- •Communicate with customer, MCC, and CAMO about work packages and project scheduling
- •Support Production teams to ensure efficient project performance
- •Organize and monitor subcontractors, validating their invoices
- •Ensure internal documentation complies with procedures and regulations
- •Compile Work Reports and CRS documentation for customer at project completion
- •Create customer invoices and program claims, reviewing as necessary
- •Develop work templates for maintenance projects to optimize resource use
- •Collect feedback to implement best practices and recommend improvements
- •Interface with customers to provide excellent support
- •Propose continuous improvement initiatives for evaluation and implementation
