Anforderungen
- •Completed bachelor's degree in law
- •Specialization in IP with strong knowledge of trademarks/designs
- •Ability to work alone with light supervision and as part of a team
- •Proactivity, collaboration, flexibility, and curiosity
- •Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and solution orientation
- •Advanced level of written English and strong reading comprehension skills
- •IT proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel and PowerPoint)
- •Self-sufficiency in administrative matters including email and database updating
- •Fluency in English
- •Knowledge of French is a plus, but not mandatory

- •Handle short- and long-term projects with attorneys and paralegals
- •Audit existing rights to enhance the global IP portfolio
- •Supplement and broaden IP protection
- •Conduct preliminary online research for enforcement cases under attorney supervision
- •Collate and organize documentary evidence for legal actions
- •Conduct legal research on various topics in key jurisdictions
- •Liaise with external lawyer network as needed
- •Analyze and record research results in chart form
- •Prepare and finalize template letters and other documents
- •Manage and process documents and data
