Anforderungen

  • •Completed university degree in technical computer science or equivalent
  • •More than 5 years of professional experience in (software) IVV
  • •More than 5 years of experience in systems engineering and corresponding methods and tools
  • •In-depth knowledge of test management, e.g., certified tester according to ISTQB standard
  • •Advanced experience with tools: JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence
  • •Advanced expertise in: Linux, OSI model and protocols, virtualization, logging
  • •Experience in software development (Agile development, Linux environments, DevOps, Kubernetes)
  • •Experience in leading small teams
  • •Interest and ability to quickly familiarize with new technologies
  • •Experience working with national customers and managing technical stakeholders is an advantage
  • •Excellent communication and team skills
  • •Fluent language skills in German and English

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Take technical and programmatic responsibility for integration, testing, and verification of the satellite ground segment
  • •Develop the IVV strategy in line with project goals and customer requirements
  • •Implement the IVV strategy with your team
  • •Support and mentor junior team members
  • •Collaborate closely with experts in cryptography, software assembly, test and integration (AIT), and satellite operations
  • •Lead software verification, testing, and integration in space ground segment projects
  • •Specify test procedures and integration campaigns, including time and cost planning
  • •Define test design and test equipment
  • •Analyze and derive customer requirements at the subsystem and equipment level
  • •Ensure compliance with ECSS standards
  • •Assist in defining external and internal interfaces (ICDs)
  • •Contribute to tenders
  • •Manage technical subcontractors
  • •Coordinate work within the IVV Engineering team
  • •Support the System Engineering and Project Management team
