Anforderungen
- •Advanced university degree in Innovation Management, Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Digitalisation/AI, Engineering or related disciplines
- •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in university and industry collaboration, innovation management, incubation/acceleration, communication, AI/digitalisation programmes, or programme coordination
- •Experience supporting innovation ecosystems, partnerships, communities of practice, or capacity-building programmes
- •Strong organisational, analytical, communication, facilitation and coordination skills
- •Familiarity with AI, digital transformation, or systems innovation approaches
- •Experience working in the UN system or innovation- and youth-led organisations
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Working knowledge of another official UN language

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support incubation activities under the ScaleX Open Innovation Programme
- •Develop and operationalize the ScaleX Incubation Framework, including tools, templates, and workflows
- •Map and engage with universities, research organizations, youth-led groups, and innovation partners relevant to ScaleX missions
- •Design and coordinate innovation challenges, early-stage scoping activities, and collaboration workshops with academic and industry stakeholders
- •Integrate incubation methodologies into ScaleX regional programmes
- •Develop the internal innovation incubation programme structure, workflows, and supporting materials
- •Facilitate onboarding and coordination of participating UNIDO teams
- •Organize peer-learning sessions, problem-solving workshops, and internal knowledge exchanges
- •Align internal incubation activities with the AI Community of Practice and UNIDO strategic priorities
- •Support programme planning, scheduling, and internal coordination across InnoLab workstreams
- •Draft TORs, procurement requests, documentation, and manage contracting processes
- •Coordinate communication with internal teams, external experts, and innovation partners
- •Contribute to programme monitoring, reporting, and internal progress updates
- •Develop knowledge briefs, case studies, and materials documenting incubation activities
- •Maintain digital repositories of tools, templates, resources, and AI-related materials for the CoP
- •Prepare communication assets, including internal announcements, slides, articles, and web content
- •Organize knowledge-sharing events showcasing innovative approaches across UNIDO and partner institutions
