Deine Aufgaben
- •Serve as the primary contact for legal topics in Germany and assigned jurisdictions
- •Provide legal and commercial advice to management and operational teams
- •Advise on pre-litigation and litigation cases, coordinating with external lawyers
- •Draft and analyze agreements, including customer and supplier contracts
- •Support negotiations related to legal agreements
- •Assist and consult in various legal proceedings
- •Liaise with external counsels on litigation and commercial issues
- •Support the Legal Affairs team with administrative tasks
- •Maintain the legal activity tracker
