Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sciences, or related field
- •2–3 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, or commercial role in comparable industry
- •Proven ability to lead and take full ownership of projects
- •Structured, reliable, and highly organized working style
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Hands-on team player with proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- •Enthusiasm for international collaboration and willingness to travel
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Take ownership of Commercial Excellence projects from concept to implementation
- •Focus on pricing strategy, sales funnel management, CRM implementation, and sales organization design
- •Lead projects in a cross-functional and international setting
- •Collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Controlling
- •Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including stakeholder interviews and transactional data
- •Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure sustainable implementation
- •Apply effective change management techniques
- •Support divisional management in structuring and managing the ComEx project portfolio
