Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in hydropower engineering or related field
- •Proven professional experience in hydropower consultancy and advisory services
- •Experience in design, layout, and development of hydropower plants
- •Ability to structure complex problems and communicate results
- •Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
- •Experience with planning and analysis software is desirable
- •Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
- •Independent, structured, systematic, diligent, and solution-oriented approach
- •Good teamwork and communication skills
- •Proficiency in written and spoken English
- •French language skills are beneficial but not a must
- •Willingness to travel abroad and visit project sites
- •Communicative, responsible, ready to travel abroad, and advanced user of MS Office

- •Develop and design hydropower plants
- •Prepare feasibility studies and technical reports

- •Assist during construction phases
- •Conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams
- •Ensure quality of design tasks and deliverables

- •Elaborate technical and financial proposals
- •Negotiate contracts and finalize signatures
- •Work collaboratively with project teams
- •Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project status
