Anforderungen

  • •Completed civil engineer studies with focus on construction management or contract management
  • •5 to 10 years of related professional experience
  • •Experience with FIDIC contracts
  • •Initial experience in the field of BIM
  • •Project experience in international and German-speaking countries
  • •German and English language skills at business level, additional foreign languages would be an advantage

  • •Prepare and compile tender documents for hydropower and dam projects
  • •Lead contract negotiations based on the FIDIC suite
  • •Support and manage interdisciplinary teams on-site in contractual matters
  • •Oversee contract management, variation orders, and disputes as Owner’s engineer
  • •Manage project planning for hydropower plants
  • •Control interdisciplinary engineering teams
  • •Check and analyze construction schedules and cost claims for legitimacy
  • •Participate in preparing technical offers for engineering services
  • •Support contract negotiations
