Anforderungen
- •Proven HR experience across Operations and Business Partner/Generalist roles
- •Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- •HRIS experience (Workday is a plus)
- •Strong knowledge of German labour law and EMEA employment practices
- •Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- •Languages: German & English (French would be an asset but not essential)
- •Business acumen

- •Support communication and transformation initiatives across regions
