Anforderungen
- •Diploma in Human Resources, Labor Law, or similar education
- •Proven experience in HR Operations or administrative HR roles
- •Strong operational understanding of HR lifecycle processes
- •Ability to evaluate data and situations
- •Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across teams
- •Business fluency in English and German; additional language skills advantageous

- •Coordinate annual events like contract harmonization
- •Mentor and coach team members on legislation
- •Ensure data accuracy and compliance in Workday
- •Conduct regular audits and collaborate with HRBPs
- •Manage contract creation and automation
- •Align contracts with legal and policy requirements
- •Partner with Payroll to maintain accurate data
- •Support payroll processing and cross-functional projects
- •Ensure audit readiness through compliant documentation
