Anforderungen
- •Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- •Minimum 2 years experience with Master's or 4 years experience with Bachelor's
- •Hands-on experience with automated laboratory equipment
- •Foundational knowledge of organic chemistry

- •Experience with statistical Design of Experiments (DoE) principles/software

- •Execute HTE campaigns for chemical reaction screening
- •Optimize automated laboratory systems for operational excellence
- •Conduct a variety of chemical experiments from milligram to decagram scale
- •Utilize advanced robotic and automation platforms for reactions under pressure
- •Collaborate with project teams on experimental design
- •Analyze and document screening results rigorously
- •Troubleshoot and maintain HTE instrumentation as a super-user
- •Evaluate new technologies to improve automation workflows
- •Identify bottlenecks and optimize protocols for efficiency
- •Train and supervise junior associates or interns
- •Promote a culture of safety, precision, and collaboration
- •Document and present work meticulously to project teams
