Anforderungen
- •Degree in relevant field or 5 years relevant experience
- •Experience in HSE management and cGMP or regulated environments
- •Experience building injury-free cultures and HSE compliance knowledge
- •Ideal training and certification in radiation safety
- •Fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the site leadership team in creating an injury-free work environment
- •Protect employees from radiation and other workplace hazards
- •Implement the company's defined HSE roadmap across all site functions
- •Act as the site's subject matter expert for radiation safety
- •Manage radioactive materials from raw materials to waste disposal
- •Ensure strict adherence to environmental and emergency management standards
- •Coordinate timely applications and renewals for all HSE permits
- •Support regulatory inspections and audits to ensure continuous operations
- •Serve as the designated site Radiation Safety Officer
- •Develop project-specific HSE strategies and select competent team members
- •Verify the HSE competency of internal and external resources
- •Ensure all external contractors have comprehensive HSE plans
- •Design site-specific HSE by Design procedures with leadership
- •Align project hazard potential with site and project management
