Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s Degree in industrial hygiene, health and safety, engineering or related field or minimum of 5 additional years of relevant experience
- •Previous experience in HSE management systems, including 2 years in a cGMP manufacturing environment or another relevant regulated environment
- •Significant experience building an injury and error-free culture with advanced knowledge of multiple HSE compliance related areas
- •Training and certification in radiation safety is ideal
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Knowledge of EHS management systems, auditing, change control, effectiveness, efficiency, occupational hygiene, occupational safety and health, operations, risk management, root cause analysis, training

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the creation of an injury-free work environment
- •Drive the implementation of the HSE roadmap
- •Act as the Site Radiation Safety subject matter expert
- •Collaborate with teams to manage radioactive materials safely
- •Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards
- •Coordinate application and renewals for HSE permits
- •Serve as the site Radiation Safety Officer
- •Support the Project Manager in developing project-specific HSE strategies
- •Determine competency of planned resources and contractors
- •Assist in designing the site-specific HSE by Design procedure
- •Align involvement of above site HSE and Project Manager based on project hazards
