Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial training with further qualification in HR
- •Several years of experience in payroll processing and solid knowledge of tax and social security law
- •Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR software (LOGA)
- •High level of accuracy, reliability, and discretion
- •Strong communication skills and service orientation
- •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

- •Execute monthly payroll processing independently
- •Maintain and administer employee master data and time tracking systems
- •Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and managers
- •Prepare reports and certificates in compliance with legal requirements
- •Draft employment-related documents
- •Ensure compliance with tax and social security regulations
- •Handle garnishments and special cases like short-time work and partial retirement
- •Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal teams (HR, Finance, IT)
- •Act as a contact person for authorities, tax offices, auditors, and professional associations
- •Support the implementation of the new HRIS/Payroll system and process optimization
- •Prepare reports and statistics
