Anforderungen
- •2–5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or People Operations
- •Solid knowledge of local labor law and HR administration processes
- •Fluent German and English skills
- •Experience working with HR systems (Personio is a strong plus)
- •Confident in payroll preparation and coordination with external providers
- •Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- •Highly reliable, structured, and service-oriented
- •Hands-on mentality – you enjoy making things work
- •Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information
- •Pragmatic and solution-driven
- •Clear communicator, both in writing and verbally

- •Manage employment contracts and amendments
- •Prepare certificates and reference letters
- •Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Conduct feedback interviews
- •Maintain employee files and documentation
- •Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions
- •Prepare and validate payroll data with the external payroll provider
- •Communicate with tax advisors and social security offices
- •Ensure accurate handling of absences and parental leave
- •Oversee sick leave and other statutory matters
- •Own and improve the HRIS Personio
- •Ensure data quality and documentation standards
- •Support the setup and enhancement of HR tools and workflows
- •Establish and improve HR operational processes and policies
- •Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- •Support audits and due diligence processes
- •Collaborate with leadership and senior HR advisors
- •Enable strategic HR initiatives by maintaining efficient operations
