Anforderungen
- •3-6 years of experience in payroll operations
- •In-depth experience in international payroll
- •Knowledge of international social security, tax, and employment regulations
- •Familiarity with HRIS systems and Jira or other ticketing tools
- •Solid understanding of HR administration and lifecycle processes
- •Fluency in English and at least B1 in German
- •Highly organized with exceptional accuracy in payroll data
- •Analytical and process-driven, skilled in optimizing payroll workflows
- •Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn new country regulations

- •Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process
- •Collaborate with external payroll providers and Finance for accuracy and compliance
- •Maintain payroll documentation and address payroll-related queries
- •Support continuous improvement and automation in payroll and reporting
- •Implement payroll processes in new entities worldwide
- •Assist in maintaining benefit programs
- •Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- •Maintain employee data in Personio
- •Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, IT, Office Management, and Finance
- •Support local HR operations in Germany
- •Contribute to global process alignment within People Ops
