Anforderungen

  • Swiss HR Federal Diploma/Brevet Federal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Swiss HR certifications
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Solid understanding of Swiss employment law, payroll, social security, and employee relations frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage complex HR cases and sensitive employee relations topics
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver cost-effective HR service delivery
  • Fluency in French and English; German is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as the main HR contact for complex topics in Switzerland
  • Lead the hire-to-retire cycle, ensuring payroll and benefits execution
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on strategic HR priorities
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to adapt global programs locally
  • Facilitate local onboarding, including compliance checks and training
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law
  • Serve as the main contact for works council discussions and negotiations
  • Liaise with local authorities and legal teams for compliance and audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure local adaptation of global policies to meet Swiss regulations
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and security
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in HR service delivery
  • Promote self-service tools and provide feedback to enhance user experience
  • Coach leaders on performance management and HR policies
  • Deliver training to upskill managers in HR processes and systems
