- •Commercial training with further qualification in HR or relevant university degree
- •Professional experience in HR, ideally in a generalist role
- •Knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- •Experience in Compensation & Benefits
- •Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software
- •Strong communication skills, team spirit, and structured working style
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
