Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead HR operations for European engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
- •Partner with stakeholders on organizational design and change leadership
- •Manage workforce planning, shift patterns, and production staff retention
- •Develop skills training, apprenticeship, and student worker programs
- •Collaborate with Legal to build manufacturing and clean-room HR policies
- •Implement new HR processes to support business growth
- •Drive talent initiatives that enable high performance and operational excellence
- •Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters
- •Coach executive leaders on values and leadership behaviors
- •Deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
- •Model and reinforce the company's core cultural values
