Anforderungen
- •Completed degree in business administration, business education, business law, psychology, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of experience as HR Business Partner, ideally in the automotive industry
- •Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes
- •Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP HCM and Workday advantageous
- •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- •Analytical thinking, numerical understanding, and structured working style
- •High social competence, communication and negotiation skills, and assertiveness
