Deine Aufgaben

  • •Build a talent pipeline through effective attraction, recruitment, and hiring
  • •Ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR support in the Greater EU and Americas
  • •Provide expertise in payroll, performance management, HR data analysis, and employee relations
  • •Interface with local HR employment and payroll providers in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Colombia
  • •Develop strong, trust-based relationships with Line Managers and business leaders
  • •Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to enhance engagement
  • •Build trust and credibility by challenging accepted practices and offering critical perspectives
  • •Transform HR data into actionable insights to deliver results
  • •Manage diverse stakeholders both on-site and remotely
  • •Provide expert consulting advice and solutions to business leaders
  • •Advocate for employees and foster a positive work environment
  • •Drive inclusion and belonging within the organization
