Anforderungen

  • Minimum 5 years of international HR experience
  • Proven track record of working across multiple regions and cultures
  • Broad HR expertise in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Development, or Employee Relations
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Workday)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Build a talent pipeline through effective attraction, recruitment, and hiring
  • Ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR support in the Greater EU and Americas
  • Provide expertise in payroll, performance management, HR data analysis, and employee relations
  • Interface with local HR employment and payroll providers in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Colombia
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with Line Managers and business leaders
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to enhance engagement
  • Build trust and credibility by challenging accepted practices and offering critical perspectives
  • Transform HR data into actionable insights to deliver results
  • Manage diverse stakeholders both on-site and remotely
  • Provide expert consulting advice and solutions to business leaders
  • Advocate for employees and foster a positive work environment
  • Drive inclusion and belonging within the organization
