Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in propulsion engineering, systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
- •Over 15 years of experience in liquid rocket engine development
- •Deep understanding of cryogenic propulsion systems
- •Proven track record of delivering complex aerospace systems
- •Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams
- •Demonstrated experience managing system-level requirements
- •Experience in engine hot-fire testing and anomaly resolution
- •Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proven ability to work with geographically distributed teams
- •Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
- •Fluency in English

Deine Aufgaben
- •Define and communicate the technical vision for the Storm propulsion system
- •Ensure alignment with company strategy and mission objectives
- •Own the Storm system architecture for optimal integration
- •Lead technical reviews and arbitrate complex system trade-offs
- •Provide guidance and mentorship to the engineering team
- •Foster a culture of technical rigor, innovation, and accountability
- •Identify and manage technical risks at the system level
- •Lead critical design and readiness reviews
- •Approve non-conformance waivers or design deviations
- •Support business development and customer interactions
- •Represent the technical capabilities of the Storm program
- •Coordinate with the Storm Lead on technical milestones and risk assessments
- •Balance performance, cost, and schedule with technical integrity
- •Drive continuous improvement in engineering tools and methodologies
- •Mature critical technologies and capture lessons learned
