Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- •MBA or equivalent preferred
- •Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) desirable
- •Profound experience in supply chain E2E management in Pharma or FGCC
- •Proven track record of managing and leading multi-functional supply chain operations
- •Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems
- •Excellent organizational and project management skills
- •Experience in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks
- •Ability to develop, coach and guide a leadership team
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- •Ability to forge collaboration across all levels
- •Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to influence at all levels in a matrix environment
- •Familiarity with supply chain management systems and digital tools such as AI, IoT, or blockchain
