- •Lead and manage a global organization for Analytical & Manufacturing Sciences
- •Steer activities related to Drug Product Development and Analytical Development
- •Oversee scale-up, industrialization, and transfer to commercial manufacturing
- •Troubleshoot issues, including investigating impurities and degradation products
- •Build and improve scientific expertise and technology portfolio
- •Ensure appropriate staffing, training, and infrastructure adaptation
- •Establish effective cooperation with QA, Project Management, Manufacturing, R&D, Business Development, and IT
- •Manage multi-project and resource planning, including budgeting and tracking
- •Develop team members through personal development plans and coaching
