- •Lead a team managing application operations in a product organization
- •Support and develop team capabilities for all products

- •Establish milestones and support task assignments
- •Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and best practices
- •Present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
- •Share knowledge and recommendations with Application Managers
- •Support team members' development opportunities
