- •Experience with agile methodologies and product-oriented development
- •Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- •Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- •Experience in managing transitions from legacy data environments
- •Excellent language skills in English, German would be a plus
