- •Manage the technical and disciplinary aspects of the department
- •Promote, support, and coach employees
- •Plan and optimize organizational and administrative workflows

- •Act as the contact person for key account suppliers in Fuel/Vehicle Services
- •Coordinate and network with key account suppliers throughout their life cycle
- •Ensure budget targets are met within the supplier portfolio
- •Drive product and payment developments with key account suppliers
- •Analyze market trends and derive measures in consultation with the VP Fuel/Vehicle Services
- •Acquire smaller suppliers and contribute to country strategies
- •Manage and develop acquisition processes to meet targets
- •Assist with cost and sales planning and resource management
- •Manage projects and participate in M&A activities, including post-merger integration
