Anforderungen
- •1–2 years of experience leading small teams
- •Several years of experience managing complex sections and higher-risk operations
- •Experience in a leadership role with a proven track record in supervising, mentoring, and supporting staff
- •Proven ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
- •Ability to build trust within the team, approach issues with empathy and fairness, understand team dynamics, and resolve conflicts
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Quick thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve issues on the spot and ensure camp operations run smoothly
- •Fluent English and proficient in another European language

- •Develop and oversee daily and weekly schedules for camp counselors
- •Lead, supervise, and support a team of counselors
- •Ensure consistent application of risk assessments and safety protocols
- •Oversee daily operations within the section, including schedules and equipment
- •Conduct daily briefings and debriefings with the team
- •Coach counselors in leadership and group management techniques
- •Monitor team performance and behavior, addressing issues as needed
- •Ensure all campers have a safe and enriching experience
- •Manage conflicts, emergencies, and behavioral issues professionally
