- •6+ years of experience in quantitative market research
- •Proven senior leadership experience managing a research department
- •Excellence in process ownership, prioritization, and strategic execution
- •Strong commercial mindset supporting sales and key account growth
- •Confidence in senior stakeholder management
- •Established or aspiring thought leader
- •Fluency in English and full proficiency in German (C2 level)
- •Combination of analytical rigor with empathy and hands-on leadership
