Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MS in life sciences) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare
  • Demonstrated success in strategic operations, project management, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong understanding of biotech R&D, commercialization, or clinical development processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability, and bias for action in a startup environment

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP EMEA GM and leadership team
  • Drive organizational alignment and accountability across departments
  • Prepare briefing materials, board decks, and investor updates
  • Lead or support special projects and initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor cross-functional projects
  • Implement project management tools and best practices
  • Track key deliverables, risks, and milestones
  • Partner with various teams to align project timelines and resources
  • Set up infrastructure for market research and promotional material approval
  • Build a comprehensive customer relationship management tool
  • Define and track EMEA KPIs
  • Contribute to market research from an EMEA perspective
  • Support the company risk charter from an EMEA viewpoint
  • Oversee the company scorecard and track EMEA elements
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and companies
  • Support deal negotiations and contract management
  • Represent the company in partner meetings and external forums
  • Monitor partnership performance and ensure strategic alignment
