Anforderungen
- •10–15 years of experience in HR
- •Proven leadership experience in building or leading an HR team
- •Deep understanding of organizational development, culture, and leadership enablement
- •Track record in implementing a holistic people strategy
- •Experience with remote or hybrid working environments
- •Solid knowledge of labor law and regulatory HR topics
- •Excellent communication skills at C-level in English, German is a plus

- •Oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and learning & development
- •Act as a sparring partner for management and department leads on HR matters
- •Monitor and enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- •Implement and maintain a scalable performance and feedback system
