  • •8–12+ years of experience in People & Culture leadership in PE/VC, asset management, or high-growth investment platforms
  • •Proven success building and scaling people functions across multiple countries and regions
  • •Deep understanding of organizational design, compensation, and leadership development
  • •Excellent communication and strategic partnership skills, including board-level interaction
  • •Fluency in English (German a plus)
