Anforderungen
- •Minimum of 10 years of working experience
- •University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- •Preferably 2+ years of international experience or strong exposure across CEE countries
- •Solid expertise in change management and organizational development methodologies
- •Growth Mindset and self-reflected learner
- •Collaboration skills and ability to empower teams
- •Skilled communicator and strategic storyteller
- •Proven experience in Workers Council / Labor Union relations

- •Foundational knowledge of Austrian labour law

Deine Aufgaben
- •Partner with the business to derive people imperatives
- •Translate business requirements into people imperatives for Austria and CEE
- •Stay informed about industry developments impacting people and organization
- •Act as a trusted advisor to the CxO on P&O processes and priorities
- •Make decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- •Ensure effective people services for a compelling employee experience
- •Lead the entire P&O value chain and ensure compliance with policies and laws
- •Collaborate with partners to drive strategic digitalization in P&O services
- •Challenge and assess P&O services and processes end-to-end
- •Oversee relationships with Workers Councils and Labor Unions
- •Drive execution of people and organizational strategies for business transformation
- •Advocate local needs to the Global Ecosystem and support global initiatives
- •Contextualize and communicate the Global P&O Strategy across the region
- •Collaborate in the P&O Regional community and Ecosystem
- •Lead special projects and transformation initiatives aligned with strategic direction
- •Ensure robust talent pipelines and succession planning
- •Coach and mentor senior executives to enhance leadership effectiveness
- •Build a diverse talent pipeline focusing on critical roles and skills
- •Foster psychologically safe spaces for employees
- •Promote learning and development initiatives
- •Encourage internal mobility and cross-country hiring
- •Position Siemens Mobility as a technology employer of choice
- •Represent Siemens Mobility in professional networks and to authorities
