Deine Aufgaben

  • •Define and evolve the Logistics Operating Model (LOM).
  • •Document and maintain logistics standards and processes.
  • •Ensure consistent application of logistics framework across systems.
  • •Monitor adherence and drive corrective actions.
  • •Assess capability maturity and identify gaps.
  • •Contribute to strategic prioritization of process evolutions.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback.
  • •Coordinate deployment of new processes in collaboration with Regions.
  • •Lead training and change management efforts for Regions.
  • •Support Regions in structuring local operating model governance.
  • •Foster collaboration with Regions for logistics standards adaptation.
  • •Promote continuous learning through upskilling initiatives.
  • •Identify and promote digital and operational innovations.
  • •Test and pilot new solutions with Regions and Product owners.
  • •Capture and integrate regional innovations into the LOM.
  • •Work with Group Platform on tool design and usability.
  • •Support development of digital maturity in logistics.
  • •Lead implementation of end-to-end logistics initiatives.
  • •Ensure alignment with the Logistics Operating Model during projects.
  • •Mobilize appropriate resources based on project complexity.
  • •Participate in project governance to ensure process consistency.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to secure operational impact.
  • •Manage a diverse team of BPOs and Project Managers.
  • •Ensure clear team structure and role clarity.
  • •Support individual development and promote collaboration.
  • •Encourage regional ownership and scaling of practices.
  • •Contribute to logistics transformation programs with process leadership.
  • •Ensure transformation initiatives align with the Logistics Operating Model.
  • •Partner with Transformation program managers for operational readiness.
