- •Maintain high standards in project and portfolio decisions
- •Spearhead innovative strategies for identifying new therapeutic compounds
- •Manage the interface between LMR and pRED DTAs
- •Collaborate with leaders on gene therapies and antibody-conjugates
- •Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Roche standards
- •Select, develop, and evaluate scientists and leaders in LMR
- •Foster a culture of safety and regulatory compliance
- •Collaborate closely with Pharma Technical Development
- •Manage the transfer of innovations into medical solutions
