- •Implement the Active Inclusion framework
- •Embed the global wellbeing strategy across the firm
- •Provide expert guidance on inclusion and wellbeing to senior leaders and HR teams
- •Ensure inclusion and wellbeing principles are integrated throughout the employee lifecycle
- •Manage initiatives covering mental, emotional, physical, financial, and social wellbeing
- •Lead responses to high-stress environments in the legal industry
- •Collaborate with affinity networks to ensure strategic alignment and best practices
- •Manage external partnerships related to the inclusion agenda
- •Oversee global tracking and reporting of key metrics
- •Produce insights for leadership to guide data-driven decisions
- •Define a framework for wellbeing aligned with the firm's Code
- •Use data insights to ensure legal compliance and inclusive language
- •Lead the delivery of the global People Survey
- •Analyze survey findings to develop global and regional action plans
- •Advise the firm's global networks on inclusion and wellbeing
- •Encourage collaboration between networks and alignment with strategic goals
- •Navigate local legal and cultural contexts for compliance
- •Provide leadership and line management to the inclusion and wellbeing team
- •Work closely with global and regional leaders to align priorities
- •Act as a role model for inclusion and wellbeing
