- •Oversee operation of GSI systems and environments.
- •Collaborate with CKH IOD management on GSI strategy.
- •Set objectives for the Operations Team.
- •Manage GSI operations budget and employee responsibilities.
- •Develop organizational structure within the Operations Team.
- •Plan workforce, allocate teams, and balance workloads.
- •Ensure GSI systems operate on high-availability infrastructure.
- •Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- •Align with CKH IOD and OpCo on IT initiatives.
- •Manage escalations and serve as contact for operational issues.
