Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- •Extensive experience in order management and supply chain functions
- •Proven ability to manage multi-location teams
- •Strong customer service skills
- •Ability to communicate technical data and requirements
- •Experienced in process harmonization and lean/continuous improvement
- •Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- •Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- •High attention to detail and ability to interpret data
- •Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German or additional languages are a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the entire global order lifecycle
- •Lead order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and issue resolution
- •Manage and mentor international order management teams
- •Balance load and production capacity across global factories
- •Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams
- •Define and monitor key operational KPIs
- •Analyze trends and report to senior stakeholders
- •Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process
- •Lead short-term operational decision-making and order execution
- •Serve as the primary escalation point for key customers
- •Contribute to budget planning and reporting cycles
- •Facilitate collaboration among sales, engineering, and operations
