- •Lead and manage local office Accounting and Controlling functions
- •Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
- •Manage management reporting and working capital analysis
- •Handle cash management and accounting policies
- •Ensure internal financial controls and compliance with SAR rules
- •Supervise statutory accounting and internal/external audits
- •Manage payroll and collaborate with global tax teams
- •Monitor and report on the financial performance of the German office
- •Ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
- •Act as primary contact for group reporting matters
- •Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
- •Create a professional development environment for staff
- •Manage cashiering and client money processes
- •Conduct monthly reviews of management accounts
- •Implement audit recommendations
- •Ensure annual budgeting and forecasting meet global deadlines
- •Manage treasury control and cash flow requirements
- •Support local heads in budget setting and control
- •Maintain relationships with external auditors and banking partners
- •Optimize collaboration with colleagues in Delhi
- •Participate in global and regional committees for process improvement
- •Assist with ad hoc financial analysis projects
- •Provide financial training for lawyers and secretaries
- •Engage as a member of the Business Professional Leaders team
- •Contribute to the German strategy within the One Firm Strategy
