  • Onboard 1-2 additional nearshore engineers
  • Analyze and resolve at least 4 critical issues
  • Ensure 90%+ adherence to sprint commitments
  • Manage engineering on-call rotations
  • Oversee 4 large features from design to delivery
  • Document test plans and product announcements
  • Increase nearshore engineers to 5 FTEs
  • Staff application engineering teams with 2-3 extra engineers
  • Identify and lead high-impact tech debt refactoring projects
