Anforderungen
- •Certified Master Electrician, Technician, or advanced university degree in Electrical Engineering
- •Extensive leadership experience in electrical planning, installation, testing, and project delivery
- •Deep familiarity with German and international standards and regulations
- •Expertise in electrical CAD and technical documentation
- •Significant experience owning a technical domain at a senior/executive level
- •Proven ability to bridge product development and industrial deployment
- •Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and drive execution
- •Demonstrable experience in team leadership and full process ownership
- •Excellent communicator in complex, cross-functional environments
- •Comfortable aligning and influencing internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- •Fluent in German and English

- •Provide strategic leadership for the electrical function
- •Advance modular robotic kitchen systems from design to mass manufacturing
- •Set the technical vision and develop scalable processes
- •Ensure effective partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers
- •Define standards for safety, performance, and compliance
- •Lead cross-disciplinary teams and external collaborators
- •Oversee research, development, and deployment of electrical systems
- •Architect and execute scalable electrical infrastructures
- •Set rigorous standards for safety and regulatory compliance
- •Implement and improve testing and inspection processes
- •Lead CAD-based planning for mass production readiness
- •Build partnerships with suppliers and manufacturing specialists
- •Own the industrialization process and integrate design-to-manufacture principles
