Anforderungen
- •Experience in General Insurance Regulated Financial Services compliance
- •Degree standard or suitable professional qualifications
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Knowledge of Solvency II regulations and Bafin requirements
- •Ability to liaise and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- •Teamwork skills in a demanding work environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop local policies and procedures aligned with Group Policies and Standards
- •Embed the Risk and Compliance Framework across operations and relevant third-party operations
- •Monitor the Regulatory Horizon and industry news to provide proactive advice
- •Design and execute a risk-based compliance monitoring program for internal and external channels
- •Enhance and embed the Internal Controls System
- •Conduct 1-2-1s to support the development of direct reports
- •Prepare compliance reports with clarity and substance tailored to recipient needs
- •Track, manage, and report on actions from compliance monitoring reviews in a timely manner
- •Design and deliver adapted Group Compliance training for relevant staff
- •Advise DGIEU and its branches on compliance issues and regulatory developments
- •Compile regulatory reports in accordance with Group reporting procedures
- •Assist with regulatory visits and information requests from regulators
- •Review and sign off on contracts, training materials, terms and conditions, and marketing materials
