Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in auditing, business administration, finance, accounting, or comparable qualification
- •At least five years of professional experience in internal auditing, auditing, or risk management
- •In-depth knowledge of conducting risk-based audits and applying relevant auditing standards
- •Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- •Confident use of audit management systems and very good MS Office skills
- •Good knowledge of current legal and regulatory requirements in Europe
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- •High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
- •Strong teamwork and cooperation skills

- •Participate in the planning phase of audit engagements
- •Perform audit procedures according to the established plan
- •Contribute to the reporting phase of audits
- •Monitor follow-up measures to address deficiencies
- •Identify control weaknesses and areas for improvement
- •Develop recommendations to minimize risk and increase efficiency
- •Apply data analysis tools to enhance internal audit efficiency
- •Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and Group methods
- •Maintain internal audit documentation in the Group Audit Management System
- •Assist in preparing comprehensive audit reports
- •Evaluate internal controls in accordance with J-SOX guidelines
- •Monitor changes in European laws to ensure compliance
- •Advise on optimizing business processes and regulatory compliance
