- •Leadership of large-scale transformation programs
- •Responsibility for end-to-end change delivery
- •Experience leading international transformations
- •Understanding of organizational and behavioral change
- •Experience with works councils or unionized environments
- •Mastery of recognized change methodologies
- •Strong leadership presence and calmness
- •High emotional intelligence and influencing skills
- •Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively
- •Resilience across long transformation cycles
